About the Camp

Join us for an exciting week at the Lakeland Legends Wrestling Camp, led by the experienced Coach Nick and the renowned Lakeland Legends team. This post-season wrestling camp is designed for young athletes aged 4 to 12 and promises an engaging, educational, and fun experience for all participants.

Camp Schedule

Each day, the camp runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, featuring a mix of wrestling sessions and other activities to keep the energy high and learning continuous. Here's a breakdown of what to expect:

Wrestling Sessions: We conduct two to three wrestling sessions daily, tailored to different age groups and skill levels.

Younger Groups (Ages 4-7): Game-based activities that introduce wrestling fundamentals in a fun and interactive way. Older Groups (Ages 8-12): Drilling, live roles, positional-specific sparring, and technique learning to refine skills and improve performance.

Additional Activities

To ensure a well-rounded experience, the wrestling sessions are interspersed with various activities aimed at enhancing physical fitness, recovery, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
